About The Position

Join our ongoing roster of live-in caregivers to get notified when there is a case in your area! This Live-In Role offers a comfortable bedroom, Wi-Fi, and shared meals during each live-in shift. Earn premium live-in rates, overtime for extended hours, and mileage for errands. We provide caring leadership with on-call supervisors available 24/7 and a culture that values your voice, safety, and growth. We also offer career pathways with paid continuing-education credits, CNA/HHA sponsorships, and leadership tracks into mentor or field-trainer roles. Requirements

  • Prior experience as a live-in caregiver, home health aide, or PCA preferred.
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Confidence with safe transfers and basic housekeeping/cooking.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain awake/alert for overnight safety checks.
  • Compassionate, reliable, and mindful of privacy in a client’s home.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility exercises.
  • Plan, prep, and serve nutritious meals; keep the home tidy with light housekeeping and laundry.
  • Provide timely reminders and track basic health indicators.
  • Chat, play games, accompany walks, and support social outings or errands.
  • Maintain clear, respectful updates with loved ones and the care team.
