About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking a compassionate Live-in Caregiver to provide home care services to elderly and disabled individuals. The role involves enhancing the quality of living for clients by offering attentive and subtle care, maintaining their dignity and independence, and serving their needs with honor and integrity. Caregivers will have the opportunity to work as a Companion or a Personal Care Provider. No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided to candidates with the right mindset and compassion. The position offers flexible, self-determined scheduling based on client availability.
Requirements
- Own vehicle to get to and from clients
- Attention to detail
- Home Health Aide or CNA license
- Ability to write, read, and speak English fluently.
- Good time management skills
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
- Respectful and compassionate
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ethics
Responsibilities
- Assist client with ambulation and mobility around the house
- Assist client with personal care and hygiene
- Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the client
- Assist with shopping errands
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Be a pleasant and supportive companion
- Report any unusual incidents
