About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking compassionate, dependable Live-In Caregivers, Home Health Aides (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Personal Care Assistants (PCA), Homemakers, and Experienced Caregivers to provide one-on-one care for seniors throughout the Merrimack Valley. The role involves becoming an important part of the client's daily life, providing personal care, companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, mobility assistance, transportation, and safety supervision. The company emphasizes a supportive team environment, career advancement, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while helping seniors remain safe and independent in their homes.
Requirements
- HHA, CNA, PCA certification or professional caregiving experience preferred.
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Plan and prepare meals.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
- Assist with mobility and transfers.
- Provide transportation to appointments and errands (when applicable).
- Ensure safety supervision and overnight presence.
- Encourage clients to maintain independence and dignity.
