About The Position

Generations Home Care - Spokane is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate home care services to clients in the Spokane, WA area. Our team is committed to enhancing the lives of those we serve by promoting independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live-In Caregiver to provide exceptional care and support for a female client who prefers a female caregiver from Tuesday through Friday in the Spokane Valley. This role requires a reliable individual who can deliver personalized assistance in a home environment, ensuring the well-being and comfort of those under their care.

Requirements

Female caregiver preferred to match client’s preference.
Reliable transportation is a must to ensure client’s appointments are met.
Ability to work live-in from Tuesday through Friday.
Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy with excellent communication skills.
Background check and references will be required.

Previous caregiving or related experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily living activities including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
Provide transportation to appointments and errands as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe home environment to promote comfort and well-being.
Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals regarding client status and care plans.
Respect the client’s privacy, preferences, and dignity at all times.
Provide daily personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
Assist with medication reminders and health monitoring.
Support mobility and exercise routines as needed.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as required.
Maintain a clean and safe living environment for the client.
Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life.
Communicate effectively with family members and care team about client status and needs.
