About The Position

This is a temporary live-in caregiver position for a male client in Goshen who lives alone. The assignment is for one week, during which the client will be returning home from rehab. The caregiver's primary role is to ensure safety awareness for the client during this period. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a mission-driven team and make a meaningful impact. The caregiver will reside in the client's home and provide care for up to 13 hours per day, with responsibilities including implementing care plans, providing personalized care, assisting with activities, and ensuring the client's quality of life. Requirements

Compassion and empathy is a must
Ability to use good judgement and remain calm
Reliable and on time
Proof of eligibility to work in U.S.
Can pass a background check and provide references
Previous live-in experience of at least 2 years

Nice To Haves

Alzheimer's or Dementia experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to dedicated client in their home
Help execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans
Supply personal companionship, remain actively engaged with each client by providing ongoing social & emotional support
Assist with personal care activities to include personal hygiene, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation
Keep order, safety and client enjoyment top of mind
Provide transportation to and from appointments as needed
Administrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and report changes in the client’s condition
