Live-In Caregiver (Driver Required)
About The Position
We are currently hiring compassionate and dependable caregivers with a valid driver’s license who are available for live-in assignments and comfortable providing transportation, companionship, and in-home care support. This role is ideal for caregivers who prefer longer assignments, consistent work, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while supporting our clients in the comfort of their homes. This position offers a fixed daily pay for each live-in assignment, consistent, ongoing client opportunities across the Greater Seattle area, and high demand for caregivers who can provide transportation. You will build meaningful one-on-one relationships with clients.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle (required)
- Comfortable providing care and transportation services
- Ability to use a smartphone for scheduling and communication
- Reliable, punctual, and compassionate
Nice To Haves
- Caregiving experience preferred (6+ months a plus, not required)
- CNA/HCA preferred or willingness to obtain certification within 200 days
Responsibilities
- Transport clients to appointments, errands, and social outings
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as meals, light housekeeping, and personal care
- Support clients in maintaining independence and daily routines
- Communicate with the care team and follow care plans
