Requirements
- CNA/HHA certification or comparable caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license
- A genuine passion for helping others, with empathy, patience, reliability, and strong communication skills
- Comfort with a full-time, 7-day live-in caregiving role
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Providing care and companionship while living in a private bedroom in the client's home
- Supporting daily routines, personal care, and household needs
- Building strong, trusting relationships through consistent presence
- Traveling to client homes anywhere in Massachusetts to begin a live-in assignment
