About The Position

Companions & Homemakers is hiring a Live-In caregiver to provide non-medical home care. This role involves following individualized Plans of Care, transporting clients, assisting with daily living activities, light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, and providing companionship and emotional support. The caregiver will also be responsible for documenting care and providing reminders.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Open availability preferred

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a Caregiver, HHA, CNA, PCA, or Companion is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical home care following each client's individualized Plan of Care
• Transport clients to appointments and activities
• Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and grocery shopping
• Assist with dressing, bathing, mobility, and incontinence care
• Be a steady, caring presence — offering companionship and emotional support
• Document care and provide reminders as directed
