About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable live-in caregiver to provide personalized care and companionship for an 81-year-old male client with dementia. The caregiver may be male or female. This role involves providing emotional support, personal care, supervision, and assistance with daily living activities in a family home. The client lives with his daughter in a pet-friendly home. Applicants must be comfortable with animals, as the household includes two large dogs, an outdoor cat, chickens, and goats.

Requirements

• Experience with dementia care preferred
• Patient, reliable, and compassionate
• Comfortable providing personal care and companionship
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
• Able to transport the client to appointments
• Able to maintain a clean and organized living space
• Prior experience in caregiving or home care is a plus
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and supervision
