About The Position

This is a 24-hour in-home support role for a woman living in Levittown, PA, who requires a full-time bilingual caregiver. The role offers stable, block scheduling (3-4 consecutive days on, followed by multiple days off), providing a good work-life balance. The caregiver will have a private bedroom, Wi-Fi, and shared meals during their shifts. Compensation includes competitive live-in rates, overtime pay, and mileage reimbursement for errands. The position is supported by on-call supervisors available 24/7 and a culture that values employee voice, safety, and growth. Requirements

Prior experience as a live-in caregiver, home health aide, or PCA preferred.
Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Confidence with safe transfers and basic housekeeping/cooking.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to remain awake/alert for overnight safety checks.
Must be compassionate, reliable, and mindful of privacy in a client's home.
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (Cuban dialect preferred).

Responsibilities

Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility exercises.
Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals.
Keep the home tidy with light housekeeping and laundry.
Provide timely medication reminders and track basic health indicators.
Engage in companionship activities such as chatting, playing games, accompanying walks, and supporting social outings or errands.
Maintain clear and respectful updates with loved ones and the care team.
Perform overnight safety checks.
