BED - Live-In Caregiver - HHA/CNA
About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live-in Caregiver to provide home care services to elderly and disabled individuals. The mission is to enhance the quality of living through attentive yet subtle care, maintaining dignity and independence while serving needs with honor and integrity. This role offers the opportunity to work as a Companion or a Personal Care Provider. No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided to the right candidate with the correct mindset and compassion. Caregivers will have flexible, self-determined scheduling options based on client availability.
Requirements
- Own vehicle to get to and from clients
- Attention to detail
- Home Health Aide or CNA license
- Ability to write, read, and speak English fluently.
- Good time management skills
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
- Respectful and compassionate
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ethics
Responsibilities
- Assist client with ambulation and mobility around the house
- Assist client with personal care and hygiene
- Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the client
- Assist with shopping errands
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Be a pleasant and supportive companion
- Report any unusual incidents
