Requirements

2+ years of professional home care experience.
Valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance (listed as an insured driver).
Must reside in CT, RI, or MA.
3 strong references (2 professional, 1 personal).
Exceptional communication skills and an unwavering ethical compass.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive, non-medical support to help older adults thrive in the comfort of their homes.
Personal Care with dignified assistance for daily living.
Wellness Support managing mobility, walking, and PT exercises.
Household Management including nutritious meal prep and light housekeeping.
Meaningful Connection through companionship, social engagement, and medication reminders.
Communication, building professional, trusting relationships with clients, families, and your ASQ peers.
