Requirements
- 2+ years of professional home care experience.
- Valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance (listed as an insured driver).
- Must reside in CT, RI, or MA.
- 3 strong references (2 professional, 1 personal).
- Exceptional communication skills and an unwavering ethical compass.
Nice To Haves
- Active CT CNA License
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, non-medical support to help older adults thrive in the comfort of their homes.
- Personal Care with dignified assistance for daily living.
- Wellness Support managing mobility, walking, and PT exercises.
- Household Management including nutritious meal prep and light housekeeping.
- Meaningful Connection through companionship, social engagement, and medication reminders.
- Communication, building professional, trusting relationships with clients, families, and ASQ peers.
