About The Position

The Live haul Loader Operator is responsible for transporting crew members to load live turkeys, repairing and maintaining loaders, and safely and effectively loading birds. This role requires operating the loader and ensuring all safety procedures are followed.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old
• Convicted of no more than one moving violation in the last 12 months, or no more than two moving violations in the last 36 months while on personal time
• Possess a current Wisconsin Commercial Vehicle Operators License
• No current restrictions prohibiting repetitive lifting, bending, or twisting
• No current restrictions prohibiting the use of respiratory & eye protection equipment

Nice To Haves

• Previous verifiable driver experience
• The Jennie-O Turkey Store Company’s driving Certificate
• No moving violation and/or OWI offense within the last 36 months

Responsibilities

• All applicants need to fill out the Truck Driver Application in the H.R. Office.
• Transport crew members to load live turkeys
