About The Position

KRE Security, LLC is seeking dependable and professional Event Security & Traffic Control Officers for live events in Hershey, PA. This part-time, per diem role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible work, extra income, or a fun side job in an energetic atmosphere. The company prides itself on a supportive, team-oriented work environment. Officers will help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests, performers, staff, and vendors by assisting with traffic control, pedestrian safety, monitoring entrances/exits, crowd management, and enforcing venue policies. Responsibilities also include patrolling event grounds, responding to incidents, providing customer service, and completing basic reports. The role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and paid breaks during many shifts. Free in-house flagger certification is provided.

Requirements

Reliable, professional, and punctual individuals
Strong communication and observation skills
Ability to stay calm and professional in busy environments
Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
Weekend and evening availability preferred
Must be able to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

Previous security, traffic control, or customer service experience is helpful, but not required

Responsibilities

Help provide a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for guests, performers, staff, and vendors
Assist with traffic control and pedestrian safety before and after events
Direct vehicles and foot traffic safely around busy event areas
Monitor entrances, exits, backstage areas, and event grounds
Assist with crowd management and access control during concerts and large events
Patrol event venues and parking areas
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents or emergencies
Provide excellent customer service and assist attendees as needed
Enforce venue policies and safety procedures
Complete basic activity and incident reports
