Live Dealer - Swing Shift (3PM -11PM) - Bensalem PA
About The Position
Turn Your Customer Service Skills Into an Exciting New Career! Are you charismatic, energetic, and love interacting with people? We are looking for customer-centric professionals to join our team as Live iGaming Dealers. No prior casino dealing experience is required—if you have a passion for hospitality, retail, or guest services, we will train you to shine on camera! Instead of managing long lines or dealing with standard retail shifts, you will host live-streamed games from our state-of-the-art gaming studio. You’ll be the face of the game, engaging with online players through a live screen chat, maintaining high energy, and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere—all while staying completely safe behind the camera.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of Customer Service experience.
- Must be 21 years of age or older (required for gaming licensing).
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.) to navigate the digital studio interface.
- Ability to work a dynamic schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to successfully obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License and West Virginia Casino Employee Registration.
- Comfortable standing for up to 2 hours at a time or sitting at counter-high chairs.
- Comfortable working on a live camera setup under professional studio lighting.
- Strong visual acuity to clearly read a chat screen from 3 feet away.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements (shuffling, dealing) and lift up to 15 lbs.

Responsibilities
- Host & Entertain: Present live-streamed games on camera, following standard rules and computer prompt instructions.
- Connect with Players: Answer player questions via chat promptly, professionally, and with a positive, friendly demeanor.
- Be the Expert: Efficiently deal, sort, shuffle, and count cards using specialized gaming equipment.
- Collaborate: Work closely with Pit Bosses and Trainers to keep the studio running smoothly and safely.
