About The Position

PT Services (Delaware) LLC is part of Playtech, a leading global online gaming software supplier. Our studios broadcast live games in premium HD quality, offering fast streaming and high up-time. We are looking for talented individuals to join our international team in Pennsylvania. This role involves presenting games in a live streaming environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies. You will learn and execute game rules, conduct live games according to schedules and procedures, and follow updates in game procedures. Professional communication with players and immediate reporting of any issues are crucial. The role also includes attending training sessions, participating in company promotions, maintaining a professional demeanor, and keeping information confidential. Additional duties may be assigned by management.

Requirements

High School Diploma / GED.
Must be 21 years of age or older
At least 1 year of Customer Service Experience.
Basic computer skills- MS Office, electronic mail, etc.
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers in a live streaming environment.
Ability to maintain a professional demeanour, including manner of speech, appearance, and posture in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to deal with potential guest conflicts professionally, maintaining Playtech’s guest service standards.
Ability to deal, sort, shuffle, and count cards in addition to operating other gaming equipment involving highly repetitive movement of hand and arm.
Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Punctuality and attention to detail.
Be able to wear assigned uniforms.
Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License and West Virginia Casino Employee Registration.

Responsibilities

Present games in a live streaming environment, adhering to multi-state Gaming Commission Regulations, PT Services Delaware regulations, and live unit policies and procedures.
Learn and fully understand and execute the rules of video stream games.
Conduct live games on a given table schedule in accordance with applied rules and procedures with computer prompt instructions, monitoring and following the given table schedule, following the instructions of the Pit-bosses and Trainers.
Follow and supervise the updates and amendments in the game leading procedures.
Adhere to the gaming studios' rules and any other rules that management may introduce at any time.
Professionally communicate and provide answers to players promptly for any game general questions according to chat policy.
Immediately report to the Pit boss of any risks or committed mistakes, problems, and/or unusual activities in gaming studios and other companies’ premises caused by other employees or other causes.
Attend educational events, briefings, and sessions required for professional skills improvement and learning the new procedures.
Participate in company promotions through marketing via photo and video shoots as required by management.
Keep a professional demeanor towards players.
Maintain professional and clear communication with management and peers.
Keep confidential information within the company’s authorized individuals.
Perform any additional duties as instructed by management.
