About The Position

We're hiring an attentive and professional Live Chat Specialist to provide real-time support to our patients and clients online. If you're a fast, accurate communicator who thrives in a digital support environment — this role is perfect for you.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of live chat, messaging support, or online customer service experience
  • Outstanding written communication and grammar skills
  • Typing speed of 50+ WPM with high accuracy
  • Strong multitasking ability and composure under pressure
  • Comfortable with chat platforms, CRM tools, and cloud-based systems
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet dedicated workspace

Nice To Haves

  • Medical or healthcare experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Engage with patients and clients through our live chat platform in real time
  • Answer inquiries related to medical services, appointments, billing, and general support
  • Manage multiple active chat sessions simultaneously with speed and accuracy
  • Identify and escalate urgent or complex issues to the appropriate team
  • Record and log all chat interactions in our support and CRM systems
  • Deliver a consistently positive and professional patient experience
  • Follow all HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality protocols
