About The Position

We're hiring a dedicated and professional Live Chat Support specialist to assist our patients and clients in real time. If you're a quick thinker with strong written communication skills and a passion for helping others, this opportunity is for you.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of live chat or online customer service experience
  • Strong written communication and grammar skills
  • Typing speed of 45+ WPM with high accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare or medical background is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to patient and client inquiries through our live chat platform
  • Provide accurate information on medical services, appointments, and billing
  • Manage multiple chat conversations at once while maintaining quality
  • Log and document all interactions in our support system
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team
  • Uphold patient privacy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA
