About The Position

As a Litigation Project Manager, you will guide the attorneys and staff on the use of litigation technologies and best practices to deliver accurate, and defensible work product relating to discovery and trial preparation. You will collaborate with other litigation support professionals on the LIMO team and help shape new processes and workflows to promote efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in electronic discovery project management at a law firm or litigation technology service provider.
  • A thorough understanding of the EDRM and the use of technology in support thereof.
  • Demonstrates analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant firm computer software programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to learn new software and operating systems.
  • Demonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrates close attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work.
  • Ability to work well in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to quality of finished product.
  • Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

  • Provide resource support in project management services to case teams during the discovery phase of litigation.
  • Consult with case teams on the appropriate use of technologies.
  • Provide accurate information for the creation of budgets.
  • Train attorneys and staff on the use of litigation support tools and technologies.
  • Review and reports on the progress of document processing, review, and production.
  • Prepare evidentiary documents for review and ensure that the correct specifications are adhered to.
  • Leverage the ability to think creatively to solve unique challenges.
  • Analyze workflows for process improvement and efficiency opportunities.
  • Market the department within the firm to attorneys and staff.
  • Participate in team calls to discuss goals and objectives.
