Requirements

• Possess 2-8 years of experience in complex litigation settings.
• Have a strong interest in high-profile cases, including class actions, commercial disputes, or catastrophic injury defense.
• Be adept at contributing to foundational factual aspects of legal matters or managing a demanding caseload.
• Demonstrate a commitment to collaborative, mission-driven environments.
• Meet specific bar admission requirements for attorney roles (CA Bar where applicable).
• Proven experience in complex litigation, paralegal or attorney level.
• A desire to engage with high-stakes and intricate legal challenges.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
