About The Position

O’Hagan Meyer LLC, a litigation law firm, has an opening for a full-time Paralegal in its Las Vegas, NV office. Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Civil Litigation and must be familiar with Labor, Employment and Commercial Litigation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Civil Litigation
• Familiarity with Labor, Employment and Commercial Litigation
• Strong understanding of State and Federal court rules and procedures, including Nevada counties
• Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Excel and MS Office, including Outlook
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team

Nice To Haves

• Experience with iManage

Responsibilities

• Drafting correspondence
• Editing pleadings
• Filing pleadings with State and Federal courts
