About The Position
Rice & Kendig, LLC is a well-established personal injury law firm serving clients throughout Louisiana. We are growing and seeking two experienced Litigation Paralegals to join our Shreveport team. If you’re organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-moving litigation environment — we want you.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a litigation paralegal role (PI preferred)
- Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills
- Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
- Self-starter who can manage multiple cases independently
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of personal injury litigation — discovery, motions, hearings, trials, and appeals
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and trial prep materials
- Organize medical records and case files
- Support attorneys in depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
- Communicate professionally with clients, witnesses, and experts
- Maintain accurate records in case management systems
