Position Summary: The Litigation Paralegal plays a critical role in the Firm’s litigation practice, supporting attorneys across all phases of the litigation lifecycle, from case inception through discovery, trial preparation, and resolution. Responsibilities include managing discovery and electronic discovery processes, drafting and responding to pleadings and discovery, preparing deposition and trial materials, conducting legal and factual research, and coordinating with attorneys, clients, courts, and vendors. We expect our Litigation Paralegals to understand the broader objectives of each matter, to anticipate next steps in the litigation process, and to contribute as a trusted and integral member of the litigation team.
