About The Position

Litchfield Cavo LLP is seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal for its growing Phoenix, Arizona office. The role is for a candidate with 3 to 5 years of paralegal litigation experience who wants to develop their career in a collegial environment that values open and honest communication, integrity, and professionalism. The paralegal works under the direction of associate attorneys and/or partners. The firm provides experienced support staff, current technology, ongoing training, and full-time IT and marketing departments. Requirements

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of paralegal litigation experience.
Proven knowledge of electronic filing requirements at state and federal courts in Arizona.
Excellent research and writing skills.
Ability to forecast and calendar court filings and docket deadlines.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail, and ability to implement urgent tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to remain self-directed and self-motivated and work effectively under tight time constraints.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and PDF maker (Nuance or Adobe Pro).
Demonstrated efficiency navigating the internet.
Ability to work proactively, independently, and as part of a team.
