About The Position

A prestigious law firm is looking for an ONSITE experienced Litigation Paralegal. You will work with 2 attorneys in the Class Action Division managing 30-60 wage/hour cases at any given time. They are looking for a long-term player who wants to grow with a great team. The work environment is balanced, professional and serious about growth.

Requirements

2-3 years of Litigation experience.
Fluent in Spanish.
Comfortable with all stages of litigation from filing a complaint to settlement stages (A-Z).
Consistent experience in litigation: Answering and Propounding Discovery, filing, and intake.
Familiar with State and federal courts.
Comfortable writing letters to clients.
Understand how to calendar deadlines and ability to keep attorneys on top of everything.
Familiar with procedures of a civil case, knows the basics and background in litigation.
Great personality, pleasant to be around, agreeable.
Able to work under pressure.
Organized.
Good response time.
Good communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of PAGA, Wage/Hour, Class Action in Employment Sector (open to training here).

Responsibilities

Managing 30-60 wage/hour cases at any given time.
