About The Position
We are a Plaintiff's Personal Injury law firm seeking a Legal Assistant knowledgeable in both pre-litigation and litigation to become part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.
Requirements
- Pennsylvania and New Jersey litigation experience
- Previous experience with plaintiff's personal injury
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail oriented
Responsibilities
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
- Record and store client information
- Preparation of settlement packages
- Filing of legal documents
- Service of legal documents
