About The Position

Kubicki Draper is hiring a Litigation Paralegal to support civil litigation matters. The position focuses on summarizing medical records, bills, and supporting documents, and preparing medical chronologies and bill summaries. The paralegal will communicate with clients, carriers, and counsel as part of a team, while also working independently in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must currently reside in Florida. Requirements

• At least 3 years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience with medical summaries and bill summaries.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a current resident of Florida.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in insurance defense litigation, bodily injury, and/or general liability.
• Basic medical knowledge.
• Prior experience reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills.
• Working knowledge of Florida court procedures.
