Requirements

Over 3 years of Insurance Defense experience, specializing in bodily injury and premise liability cases.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Excel.
Proficient in legal research and writing.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills is preferred.
A working knowledge of Florida court procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with all aspects of case preparation and management for bodily injury and premises liability claims.
Draft and manage subpoenas and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and gather relevant documentation.
Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all information is current and easily accessible.
Summarize medical records, bills, and supporting documents; create medical chronologies and bill summaries.
Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the cases.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Excel.
Exhibit excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Proficient in legal research and writing.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, friendly environment.
