About The Position

We are looking for a highly skilled litigation paralegal to join our high-performance litigation team. In this role, you will play a significant part in achieving justice for injured individuals. You will work closely with 2-3 litigation attorneys, assisting in building cases by gathering evidence, reviewing records, communicating with clients, liaising with experts, scheduling depositions and mediations, and preparing for and attending trials. This position requires critical thinking and investigation to uncover the truth, offering an exciting and fast-paced environment for organized, driven paralegals who want to make an impact on cases and clients' lives.

Requirements

• 5+ years personal injury litigation paralegal experience
• Must reside within driving distance of Raleigh NC
• Able to attend trials, including some overnight stays

Nice To Haves

• Plaintiffs' personal injury litigation paralegal experience preferred
