A leading Arkansas personal injury firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to manage the day-to-day operations of cases headed for trial. This position will support attorneys handling sensitive litigation matters involving survivors of sex trafficking and sexual abuse. Requirements
- 3+ years of litigation experience
- Professional, compassionate, and client-focused
- Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
Nice To Haves
- personal injury experience preferred
- Degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
- Experience with case management software strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
