About The Position

Fish & Richardson, an AmLaw 65 global IP firm, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal Team Lead to deliver high-quality litigation and administrative support and elevate team performance across its case teams and offices. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented leader who leverages deep litigation expertise to translate complexity into structured execution, guide and develop team talent, and ensure seamless case progression with precision, efficiency, and uncompromising quality from inception through resolution.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of litigation experience in a law firm environment as a Litigation Assistant/Paralegal, with a focus on legal services delivery.
  • An associate’s degree or higher in paralegal studies, legal administration, or a related field or 3+ years of on-the-job experience in a legal environment, preferably in litigation or case management in the professional services industry.
  • Outstanding communication, critical thinking, and organizational discipline.
  • Proven ability to mentor others, build strong relationships, and deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and elevate paralegal team performance by developing procedures, mentoring team members, and driving consistent, high-quality work across case teams.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment by collaborating with internal partners and external stakeholders to streamline processes and ensure seamless case execution.
  • Own end-to-end case management, including repository creation, document organization, filings, and ensuring compliance with court procedures and deadlines.
  • Manage complex litigation logistics, including calendars, depositions, expert coordination, and trial preparation, with precision and accountability.
  • Deliver operational excellence across the litigation lifecycle, supporting discovery, document quality, billing accuracy, and continuous process improvement.
