This is a dual Executive Assistant to the CEO and Litigation Assistant role serving as the operational hub of the legal team. The role is involves: Case Management & Filings, Organizing and managing all state and federal filings, Project managing litigation and enforcement matters, Ensuring deadlines, pleadings, and campaigns move forward seamlessly, Executive Assistant to Darin, Full ownership of calendar management, Scheduling, prioritization, and workflow coordination, Acting as a gatekeeper and strategic support partner, Intake Support & Matter Management, Backup support for client intake, Opening and tracking new matters, Supporting transition of intake admin toward a more sales-focused role. This is a fully in-office position (Monday–Friday, flexible within reason on hours).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of litigation experience (paralegal, legal assistant, firm administrator, or case manager)
  • Texas State and Federal litigation experience
  • Background in intellectual property or commercial litigation
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to juggle multiple competing deadlines with urgency
  • Team-first mindset with strong ownership mentality
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Paralegal
  • Experience with Clio (very strong plus)
