Requirements

7-10 years of experience handling complex commercial litigation matters.
Trial experience.
Good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Comfortable with multi-jurisdictional litigation, cross-border matters beyond just breach of contract.
Demonstrate some experience litigating in federal courts.
Are at your best professionally when trying new things - not just a copy-and-paste attorney.

Nice To Haves

Possess a background in business, finance, or other commercially focused disciplines.
Be located in the Central or Eastern Standard time zone.

Responsibilities

Independently manage significant portions of a case, including drafting dispositive motions, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing witnesses, and supporting trial, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
Produce thoughtful, concise, and high-quality work product with strong attention to detail.
Exercise sound judgment and proactively identify issues and solutions without requiring close supervision.
Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, providing timely updates and practical recommendations.
Collaborate with a national team on sophisticated business disputes involving a wide range of industries.
