Scale LLP, a modern, fully distributed law firm, is seeking a midlevel attorney to join our growing litigation practice. Requirements

At least 7 years of experience in commercial litigation.
Experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm, or in-house with a reputable company.
Graduated from a top-tier law school, or be able to demonstrate an excellent and sustained reputation in industry.
Ability to develop client work.
Must be able to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.

Nice To Haves

Attorneys from senior in-house and law firm positions with no demonstrable book may be considered as Counsel.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage direct client relationships.
Handle commercial litigation matters.
Develop a clear business development plan, identifying at least one potential anchor client.
