About The Position

We are seeking an exceptional litigation attorney to join our California trial teams. The position requires you to work independently, and also monitor the work of others, to thoroughly prepare cases for trial. Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills are a must. You should be a self-starter with good judgment who keeps a cool head under pressure. This is a position for a top-notch candidate with significant experience. You will be compensated accordingly. Although you will be set up for remote work, this position requires you to be present in the office regularly to collaborate with others, and to make frequent court appearances. Requirements

10+ years defense litigation experience.
Hands-on experience taking a case file from inception through resolution.
Must be admitted to practice in CA.
Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.
Self-starter with good judgment.
Ability to keep a cool head under pressure.

Nice To Haves

Defense experience preferred.
Knowledge of products liability, toxic tort, and/or general liability law preferred.
Admission in other jurisdictions a plus.

Responsibilities
