Requirements
- J.D. and Massachusetts Bar (active)
- 3–5 years of civil litigation experience
- Experience in foreclosure, real estate, or creditor rights
- Strong legal writing and research skills
- Courtroom experience
- Ability to manage high caseload
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of FDCPA, RESPA, TILA
Responsibilities
- Handle foreclosure litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents
- Review title issues and resolve defects
- Represent clients in court, hearings, and depositions
- Conduct legal research and discovery
- Manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
