Hybrid Litigation Attorney
About The Position
Foley Mansfield is a national law firm with more than 110 attorneys in offices from coast to coast. We provide legal expertise, creative solutions and extensive trial experience for large corporations, small businesses, and individuals. We have an opportunity for a Litigation Attorney to join our Detroit general liability/toxic tort team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of civil litigation experience, along with strong verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience in general liability and/or asbestos/toxic tort is required. The candidate must be a self-starter, possess the ability to multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Working with others in a team-oriented environment is essential. Michigan admission required. This is a hybrid position that requires two days in the office and others times as needed.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of civil litigation experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience in general liability and/or asbestos/toxic tort
