About The Position

Foley & Mansfield, a professional limited liability partnership, is a national law firm with more than 110 attorneys in offices from coast to coast. We provide legal expertise, creative solutions and extensive trial experience for large corporations, small businesses and individuals. We have an opportunity for a Litigation Attorney to join our general litigation team in New York. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of defense litigation experience, preferably in the areas of general liability, products liability, and/or toxic torts. The candidate must be a self-starter, possess the ability to multi-task, strong communication skills, and work well with others in a team-oriented environment. The position requires you to manage cases throughout all phases of litigation including taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions and preparing for trial. Excellent oral and written advocacy skills are a must. New York admission required. New Jersey and Pennsylvania admission is a bonus. This position is hybrid, though mostly remote.
