About The Position
An outstanding, full-time position has become available for an Associate Attorney position in the Beverly Hills, CA area for an individual with 2-4 years’ experience in Litigation and Lemon-Law cases. This position offers relocation assistance, a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, Life insurance, a 401K w/ matching, bonuses, PTO and other outstanding perks.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Lemon Law Litigation is a MUST
- Knowledge of drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, depositions and discovery request is a MUST
- Juris Doctor degree is a MUST
- Good standing with the California State Bar is a MUST
Nice To Haves
- Case experience with defective airbags, transmission failures, body damage, ineffective or failing seatbelts, malfunctioning electronics and wiring is a PLUS
