About The Position
American Lawyers Group, PLLC is a well-established and fast-growing law firm, conveniently located across from the Fairfax County Courthouse, with over 20 years of experience representing clients in Virginia. We are seeking dedicated Litigation Attorneys to expand our team. The ideal candidate will have an interest in criminal and traffic law, including assault & battery, felonies, DUI, reckless driving, and drug possession/sales/distribution. This role requires a demonstrated interest in litigation and a commitment to collaborating with team members to provide excellent client service. Training is provided for all positions.
Requirements
- Virginia Bar required, though compelling candidates who have or will sit for the Virginia Bar Exam will be considered.
- Litigation Attorneys must possess excellent verbal and legal writing skills
- Must own transportation
- Comfortable with handling a high volume of cases
- Highly developed organizational ability
Nice To Haves
- Spanish language fluency is a plus.
