Requirements
- Ohio law License
- Strong academic and professional credentials
- Five or more years of experience in subrogation and/or insurance defense litigation
- Demonstrated ability to maintain an autonomous insurance litigation caseload
- Some jury trial experience and a record of litigating civil matters from beginning to end
Responsibilities
- Aggressively pursue subrogation recoveries in Ohio courts
- Subrogation of insurance payments
- Autonomously pursue and litigate subrogation matters.
