About The Position

Clark Hill is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its litigation practice in Reno, Nevada. This is a full-time position with the ability to work remotely a few days per week. The role requires at least three years of litigation practice experience and an active Nevada bar license. Clerkship experience is preferred. The position offers an annual salary of $190,000–$200,000 based on a full-time schedule. Actual compensation may vary based on qualifications, relevant experience, skills, training, internal equity, and market data. The role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Requirements

At least 3 years of litigation practice experience.
Active Nevada bar license.
Proficiency in written discovery, including e-discovery.
Command of the Nevada and federal rules of civil procedure.
Experience in oral advocacy, trial preparation, motion practice, and depositions.
Exceptional research and writing skills.
Strong academic credentials.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a solid work ethic.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
