Requirements
- Substantial patent litigation experience
- Strong technical background in chemistry, organic chemistry, small molecules, or a related discipline
- Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Ability to manage significant client responsibilities while working collaboratively in a team environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience litigating matters involving small molecules, polymers, or life sciences technologies
- Related advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.)
- USPTO registration
