About The Position
A nationally recognized boutique plaintiff litigation firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its high-performing team. This is a hands-on role offering real case ownership, meaningful courtroom exposure, and the opportunity to work on high-stakes matters alongside top trial lawyers.
Requirements
- Florida Bar admission
- 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in civil litigation
- Strong writing, research, and case management skills
- Proven ability to handle cases independently
- Strong academic credentials (honors + competitive law school background)
Nice To Haves
- Federal court experience, clerkships, complex litigation, or prior experience with top-tier firms or government agencies
Responsibilities
- Manage cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and working directly with clients and partners on litigation strategy
