About The Position

The West Palm Beach office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of civil litigation experience. Experience in insurance defense preferred. This role involves assisting with the evaluation of presuit claims, communication with clients, responding to demands, and drafting/responding to discovery. The attorney will also assist with and take depositions (once trained), learn trial skills, sit second chair at trial, prepare legal research, draft motions, attend hearings, and attend inspections.

Requirements

Strong skills in legal research, writing, and persuasive oral advocacy
Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing, required

Nice To Haves

2+ years of civil litigation experience
Experience in insurance defense preferred
Previous experience in litigation, particularly in insurance defense, personal injury, bad faith, and catastrophic injury
