About The Position

Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly (“MOODK”) is a mid-sized, regional firm specializing in general liability, professional liability, and toxic tort litigation matters. They have offices in PA, NJ, NY, DE, and MD. The firm is currently seeking experienced attorneys to join their team in the Delaware office. They offer a challenging opportunity in a flexible, collegial, and collaborative environment with meaningful work that can expand professional experience. The position can be filled in a full-time remote, hybrid, or onsite capacity.

Requirements

• Current and active DE Bar membership in good standing
• Up to 7 years’ litigation experience preferred, preferably in DE but open to all candidates with relevant skills
• Superior written and oral communications skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and LexisNexis
• Familiarity with Case/File Management systems

• The ability to track billable hours strongly preferred
