Requirements

• Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Massachusetts (Required).
• Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation or trial experience, preferably within personal injury law.
• Proven ability to manage numerous legal projects simultaneously with exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Dynamic problem-solving abilities and top-tier analytical research skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic management of a robust personal injury civil litigation caseload.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and comprehensive legal documents; actively manage the discovery process.
• Conduct strategic depositions of witnesses, experts, and opposing parties; perform deep-dive legal research.
• Conduct detailed client consultations and maintain regular, empathetic communication with clients throughout the litigation lifecycle.
• Represent clients confidently in court appearances, motion hearings, and oral arguments.
• Prepare cases for trial, develop courtroom strategies, and secondary or first-chair trials as necessary.
