Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice in Virginia, or ability to waive in
  • 3-6 years of litigation experience (preferably in medical malpractice or civil defense)
  • Strong legal research and writing skills
  • Familiarity with medical terminology—or willingness to learn
  • A commitment to exceptional client service and continuous learning
