You'll be trusted with meaningful, hands-on litigation work from the start, including: Case evaluation and strategy development Client interaction and collaboration with experienced partners Engagement with experts Pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motions, and trial prep Courtroom exposure and growth as a litigator We believe in investing in your development and will provide personalized mentorship, substantive experience, and opportunities to advance.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in Virginia, or ability to waive in
- 2+ years of litigation experience
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- A commitment to exceptional client service and continuous learning
